• Single Use: Unless otherwise stated, each code is valid for one-time use only
• Expiration: Codes may have expiration dates and usage limitations
• Partner Terms: Each discount code is subject to the terms and conditions of the respective partner brand
• No Cash Value: Codes have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash

Wellpons is not responsible for any issues related to the redemption of discount codes, including technical difficulties, code rejection, or disputes with partner brands. Any purchases made using discount codes are transactions directly between you and the partner brand.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO WELLPONS IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

09Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Wellpons LLC, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your use of the Site or services
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content you submit or transmit through the Site
• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations

10Arbitration Agreement

You and Wellpons agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, or your use of the Site or services (collectively, "Disputes") will be resolved solely by binding, individual arbitration and not in a class, representative, or consolidated action or proceeding.

The arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will be conducted in the English language and the seat of arbitration shall be Wilmington, Delaware, unless you and Wellpons agree otherwise.

Exceptions: Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of intellectual property rights.

11Class Action Waiver

YOU AND WELLPONS AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

Unless both you and Wellpons agree otherwise, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.

If this specific provision is found to be unenforceable, then the entirety of this arbitration section shall be null and void, and all Disputes will be resolved in the courts specified in the Governing Law section below.

12Electronic Communications

By using the Site or providing personal information to us, you consent to receive electronic communications from us. These communications may include:

• Account-related notices and information
• Promotional offers and marketing materials
• Updates to these Terms and our Privacy Policy
• Responses to your inquiries or requests

You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

13Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

For any Disputes not subject to arbitration, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect.

Waiver

No waiver by Wellpons of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and Wellpons regarding the Site and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the Site.

14Changes to These Terms

We may revise and update these Terms from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them.

For material changes, we will provide notice by:

• Updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page
• Posting a prominent notice on our Site
• Sending an email to registered members (when applicable)

Your continued use of the Site following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes. You are expected to check this page frequently so you are aware of any changes.
